Our Adult Summer Blitz is all about bringing people together through fun, competition, and community. This 4-week summer experience is designed for adults of all skill levels to enjoy flag football in a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere.

Saturday mornings in Valley Center will include games, free coffee, great people, and a place for families, kids, and friends to connect all summer long. Whether you’re competitive or just looking to have fun and meet people, this is a great way to stay active, build friendships, and be part of the community.

Summer Blitz Adult Flag Football League

Season Dates: July 13-Aug 8

Summer Blitz is a 4-week Saturday morning adult flag football experience designed to bring people together, create community, and have fun this summer.

More than just a league, this is a family-friendly environment where adults can stay active, families can connect, kids can play together on the sidelines, and new friendships can be built throughout the summer. Registration includes flags and uniform. We’ll provide coffee and donuts on game days and create a relaxed, fun atmosphere for everyone involved.

League Details:

🏈 4 weeks of Saturday morning games

💪 A few weekly practices to prepare and build team chemistry
